Currently, full proprietary copyrights to most artworks by Edward Dwurnik remain with his heiress, Apolonia Dwurnik, the President of the Foundation. Please direct to the Foundation’s email address all inquiries concerning the granting of a license to be used with reproductions of Edward Dwurnik’s works or their specific parts for academic, educational, or commercial purposes.
We will consider each request for a license individually and will verify each in terms of compliance with the intended use of the artwork with the statutory objectives of the Foundation. The copyrights owner is going to transfer them to the Foundation in the future.
