This time, without the vernissage, we invite you to the Raster Gallery for the exhibition “Edward Dwurnik. PINEs “. Five large paintings, painted in 2006 and 2007, are arranged in a pictorial scenery depicting the characteristic perversions of the native landscape: lakes, rocks, wild beaches, cultivated fields during the thaw season, rows of trees. Beeches. Pine trees. Poland, treated with Dwurnik’s painterly gesture, is here a bit like America, like pure, abstract painting, full of dying, freedom and anarchy.
